Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you and Clearview Autoglass ("we," "us," or "our") concerning your use of our website and services. By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Services

Clearview Autoglass provides mobile auto glass repair and replacement services in the Tulsa area and surrounding communities. Our services include:

• Windshield repair
• Windshield replacement
• Side and rear window replacement
• ADAS calibration services
• Insurance claims assistance

Service Appointments

When scheduling a service appointment:

• You agree to provide accurate information about your vehicle and the service needed
• You authorize us to perform the agreed-upon services on your vehicle
• You agree to provide a safe and accessible location for service if requesting mobile service
• You understand that service times are estimates and may be affected by weather, traffic, or other factors

Payment

Payment is required upon completion of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance (such as insurance direct billing). We accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards.

For insurance claims:

• You authorize us to work directly with your insurance company
• You remain responsible for any portion not covered by insurance, including deductibles
• We do not guarantee insurance coverage for any service

Warranties

We provide a lifetime warranty against defects in materials and workmanship on windshield replacements. This warranty does not cover:

• Damage from accidents, vandalism, or acts of nature
• Improper care or maintenance
• Normal wear and tear
• Additional damage caused by pre-existing conditions not related to our service

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service that is the subject of the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Clearview Autoglass and its employees from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of our services.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the modified Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
