How much space do you need around my vehicle?
Ideally, we need about 4-5 feet of clearance around the vehicle to work safely and efficiently. For windshield replacements, we need access to both the exterior and interior of the vehicle.
Can you perform services in any weather?
We can work in most weather conditions, but extreme temperatures, heavy rain, or snow may affect adhesive curing or repair quality. In these cases, we may need a covered area like a garage or carport, or we might need to reschedule.
Do I need to be present during the service?
While it's preferred that you're present to review the work and make any decisions if needed, it's not always necessary. We can make arrangements for payment and access to your vehicle if you can't be there during the service.
