Position Overview
We're seeking a customer-focused service representative to join our team. You'll handle incoming calls, schedule appointments, process customer inquiries, and provide administrative support for our auto glass technicians in the field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person
- Schedule and coordinate service appointments efficiently
- Process insurance claims and verify coverage details
- Provide accurate price quotes to customers
- Support field technicians with scheduling and information
- Handle basic accounting and invoicing tasks
- Maintain customer records and service documentation
- Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies
Requirements:
- 1+ years of customer service experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with computers and office software
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
- Experience with scheduling and administrative tasks
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
